Designs purchased from this website are licensed to the purchaser ONLY, and the design files must NOT be shared, resold or passed to another party for them to stitch out for you. 

 

It allows a SINGLE USER LICENSE which will always remain NON TRANSFERABLE.

 

We allow a free license policy for the designs to be used for personal use, or any number of products YOU PERSONALLY make to sell using our designs.  They may NOT be used for mass production by another party.

You must have an embroidery machine in order to use our designs.  They are digital files and not an actual product.

Design files can not be altered in any way, and re sold as your own design.  You can however alter the design for your own personal use.

Any images from our website may NOT be used elswhere for any reason, unless you have our written permission to do so.  This includes use on social media, in classes of any kind, or your own websites.  If we do allow you to use our images, we ask that you credit the image to us, and that you state that the designs have been purchased from "In The Hoop Online"

Anyone found in breach of these terms and conditions may be blocked from the website in the future, and reported to the correct authorities for failing to comply with copyright laws.
